Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Customer Care Agent to handle customer queries during the night shift. The role requires professionalism, accuracy, and strong communication skills to manage calls, WhatsApp, and social media interactions, as well as recording orders in ERPNext.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Attend to customer calls, WhatsApp, and chat queries promptly.
  2. Record orders accurately in ERPNext.
  3. Resolve customer complaints and escalate when necessary.
  4. Prepare a clear end-of-shift report.
  5. Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  1. Full Grade 12 Certificate.
  2. Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Computer literacy (ERPNext experience is an added advantage).
  5. Ability to work night shifts independently.
  6. Must reside in or near Woodlands.
